1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KalkumPrab Stellar Events & Hospitality ("KalkumPrab", "we", "us", or "our") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

KalkumPrab provides premium sports and entertainment hospitality services including event access, VIP packages, corporate hospitality, and travel experiences. We act as an authorized ticket reseller and hospitality partner for various sporting and entertainment events.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed in full before confirmation. KalkumPrab reserves the right to cancel bookings that have not been paid within the stipulated time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales are final once confirmed. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, KalkumPrab will endeavor to provide refunds or alternative arrangements subject to the organizer's refund policy.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. KalkumPrab reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to resell tickets or packages without authorization, provide false information during registration or booking, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the KalkumPrab website including text, graphics, logos, and images are the property of KalkumPrab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

KalkumPrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Changes to Terms

KalkumPrab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
